Her massage styles range from stress reduction relaxation massage to sports massage. She can provide an invigorating sports massage for fatigued, sore muscles post-workout and prenatal massage. Or she can work with you on injury rehabilitation, assist in the relief of migraines and tension-related headaches or help you forget about life stresses with a relaxation focused treatment. Nicole's mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. Strongly believing in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
Kymberly began her career in massage in 1987. She has trained in several styles and schools over the years. she began working full time as a therapist 15 years ago. She is a passionate instructor/trainer of Doulas and Reiki practitioners. Her style includes elements of traditional eastern and western massage including Thai, Sports and Ene

Kymberly’s work as a therapist also includes Pre and Post Natal massage. She also has a background in Oncology Massage and workin with TMJ, Fibromyalgia and Migraines. Her focus is always on recovery. Her style is both soothing and and focused on rebalancing and recovery.

Massage sessions may incorporate Swedish, Deep tissue and or Myofascial Release. Please note that health screens are require. Sessions are at the discretion of the therapist. Some instances may require a physician referral or release for your health and safety. **There is a $30 missed appointment fee for appointments not canceled at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled time. **
Pre massage conversations cover needs, types of pressure, and goals.
Initial massage sessions are never 2 hours. After the initial massage and dialogue, a two hour may be scheduled at the discretion of the therapist.

Sessions are done on a table or mat on the floor. Loose work out or Yoga wear is worn by the client.
longer sessions are at the therapist discretion and may include some traditional massage time.
Traditional Massage incorporating hot stones and towels though out the 90 minute session.
Mom must be out of her 1st trimester (13 weeks into the pregnancy). Massage is done sidelined with pillows. And an in-depth health screen and discussion are done prior to massage
Postnatal massage with no complications may be longer. TBD by therapist.
These sessions are highly specialized and require an in-depth planning and are at the discretion of the therapist.
sessions are done on the table and may utilize hot stones or towels. 30 minute sessions are done on the feet. 60 minute sessions are done on both hands and feet.
Seated or Chair massage is done on an ergonomic chair provided by the therapist. Sessions can be prepaid by the event host or by each individual. Each session is usually 5 to 15 minutes.
Therapist can be contracted to do events and contracts worked out prior to, to provide ease and flow. Employee appreciation day, carnivals, festivals, private events. All wonderful reasons to have licensed therapists come and enhance the day. Contact us for more details and or a quote.
Therapist provide a zero gravity chair and perform services. It is similar to seated and times can again be negotiated.
